May 22nd is the date they were predicted to emerge, but thanks to warm weather and other factors…

how long are the cicadas gonna be in town for and will they be in wisconsin?
OK, THE GROUND TEMP HAS BEEN 65 DEGREES FOR APROX. 3DAYS IN MY AREA. WE HAVE EXIT HOLES EVERYWHERE AND PLENTY OF SURPRISED NYMPHS WHEN I TURN OVER ROCKS,LOGS,ECT SO WHY HAVENT THEY EMERGED?
From Highland Park, and saw one today.
Same in Lake Bluff and very close to the surface.
