On September 26 here in clarksbugh nj I saw this bug on my truck window I tried to get pic but it flew off into tree.anyway..with a little search I found this site.the insect I saw was this cicada killer.but it was not carrying a cicada but a bee.so my question is do they eat other insects besides cicadas. My back yard does have allot of cicadas..I would actually welcome cicada killers..
There’s types of wasps that are bee predators, but it isn’t the same species.
