Ebay has been a good resource for cicada specimens and Asian artifacts over the years, but you’ll also find toys, fishing lures and other whimsical cicada-themed items.

We are visiting Japan and the cicada here do have the coloring of this top picture.
With wings they are about 3 inches long, although the emty shells don’t look any bigger than the green
cicada I remember from Missouri in the 70’s.
Those top 2 surface lures are dynamite for Bass fishing!!
