This cicada photo was taken by photographer Cameron George about 60km south of Sydney Australia. I believe this is a Green Grocer, but I’m not 100% sure. The cicada is attempting to molt.

Looks like a black prince or red-eye emerging.
We have a lot of cicadas in Cromer.it can get very noisy I can’t go out because of the cicadas, they rain on you, its like a fine mist .can you tell me is this normal
