    Sir Roy/Gene,
I’m from Iowa originally, And it’s been years(decades)since I personally saw, from beginning to end, a fight between a cicada and a cicada killer wasp; It was awesome!! It’s something you have to see to appreciate the dedication of both contestants to not only survive the other, but also try to deliver the fatal blow to the other. At the end, after delivering the life-ending sting to the cicada and there was no more resistance from it, the wasp carefully bundeled its victory under its legs and took off, just like a B-52, down the driveway and into the air. Has anyone ever filmed this event? I’d like to see it again. Thanks!
