           That is Psaltoda moerens (the &quot;Red-eye&quot;, obviously). Where around Sydney do you live as this is the first of this species I have seen this season? Plenty of Green Grocers (esp Camden) and Black Princes out( Homebush, Sydney and Macquarie Unis), but not many of the other larger species except for a massive emergence of double drummers (Thopha sp) at Hawks Nest. Lots of smaller stuff emerged in October, but the fluctuating hot and cold weather this month is taking its toll of them.
