I was walking at England-Idlewild Park near Burlington, KY
on the evening of May 27, 2005. A cicada (still in shell)
was crawling across a log in my path. I took it home for
observation. It molted that night and is still enjoying
the stay at my apartment. Last year was the cicada year here.
